Antoinette Madeira, Brigadier General 

Antoinette Madeira works in back office management/accounting and consults in the quality management field. Toni firmly believes that quality principles apply to all types of business and strives to ensure Back Office Brigade exemplifies these practices.

 

In 1979 Toni began her career with a metal building manufacturer, and spent the last six years of her tenure working in quality management at the corporate level. She was a major participant in the development and deployment of the ISO 9000 certification process for 10 engineering and manufacturing facilities nationwide. Toni also taught product and ISO internal auditor training programs for the organization. For the last ten years, prior to establishing her own business, Antoinette provided back office services to a variety of businesses.

 

Antoinette is a summa cum laude graduate with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and management of human resources (organizational development and behavior) from Park University. In addition, she serves as a member of the Park University School of Business Advisory Council and the Alumni Council. In 2012, the Student Senate bestowed the Tipton Award to Toni for her service contributions to Park University.

 

In addition, her credentials include work with the Excellence in Missouri Foundation and the Kansas Award for Excellence Foundation as an examiner and judge. Toni is a current member of the American Society for Quality and has served on the board of the Kansas City chapter.

 

Toni and her husband currently reside in Kansas City, Missouri.

Emily has worked in a variety of industries with diverse experience in accounting, human resources, and payroll for several companies including a major hotel chain and a national property management firm.
 

After seven years of working in an analytical management position outside of her field of study, she decided to return to the accounting and human resources field. Emily assists with back office management and bookkeeping duties.

 

She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business. In her spare time, Emily enjoys volunteering for several not-for-profit organizations throughout Kansas City.

 

She currently resides in Parkville, Missouri.
